Acceptance of terms
Modellisimo.com welcomes you to this website but please accept the following terms and conditions. Your use of this Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices.
Ordering from us
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We can login to the website 24/7 and view your order, detailing the products you have ordered. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. We may refuse to accept an order: (1) where goods are not available; (2) where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment; (3) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or (4) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Pricing
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price. Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website. Our prices are reviewed periodically.
Cancellation and returns policy
If you wish to cancel your order: (1) you can notify us by email to shop@modellisimo.ru before we have dispatched the goods to you; or (2) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause below. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged. Please note that we will only reimburse standard postage. Important:
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used or not in original condition in the case of software, audio or visual products, where the packaging has been unsealed (this does not apply to items found to be faulty), where the products are magazines.
These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.

Quality & Returns
We do our best to satisfy you with a high quality of your desired models. We take a look at items in your order to be sure the outside box is undamaged and no loose details. We pack all items in thick carton boxes to be sure that you will receive a compelete order without any damage. However, in some very rare cases, we still to have make a return or an exchange.
