CONDITIONS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF EMAIL-MESSAGES OF THE ADVERTISING-INFORMATION CHARACTER
These Terms and Conditions apply throughout the territory of the Russian Federation from the date of publication.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Terms and Definitions:

1.1.3. Message - a letter in electronic form sent to the e-mail address of the User and containing information of an advertising and information nature.
1.2. In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 18 of the Federal Law "On Advertising" No. 38-FZ of March 13, 2006, the distribution of advertising via telecommunication networks is allowed only with the prior consent of the subscriber or the addressee to receive advertising.
1.3. These Terms and Conditions govern:
1.3.1. the procedure for the User to provide consent for receiving Messages by e-mail;
1.3.2. the procedure for the User's consent to receive the Messages by e-mail.
1.4. Types of Messages that can be sent to Users in accordance with these Terms:
1.4.1. Actual reminders.
1.4.1.1. The message about the incomplete actions of the User on the site

Items viewed by the user;
goods placed in the "shopping cart" of the User, for which the order was not executed by the User.
1.4.2. Current reminders may also contain proposals to the User to purchase goods, works, services, the list of which is compiled individually on the basis of the goods, works, services viewed by the User on the site

1.4.3. Personal offers.
1.4.4. Messages with proposals for the purchase of goods, works, services, the list of which is compiled individually on the basis of previously purchased goods, works, services on the site

1.4.5. Event notifications.
Messages containing announcements of events, including but not limited to:
- notices on the receipt of goods for sale;
- notification of publication of the response to the question asked by the User;
- Congratulations to the user on his birthday.
1.4.6. Notifications about the event may also contain proposals for the purchase of goods, works, services, the list of which is compiled individually on the basis of the goods, works or services that the User has reviewed or previously acquired on the site

1.4.7. Information messages:
Messages containing reviews and news, information on promotions, discounts, special offers, including but not limited to:
- competitions;
- information about bonus programs.
2. The procedure for granting User consent to receive messages
2.1. The user agrees to receive e-mail messages in one of the following ways:
- by specifying your e-mail address to which the User desires to receive Messages in the field "e-mail" / "e-mail" and ticking the box "Receive all types of messages" in any form offered to the User for filling in the

- by specifying your e-mail address to which the User wishes to receive Event Notifications.

2.2. The user guarantees the accuracy of the data provided.
2.3. Granting consent to receive Messages by any of the methods provided for in clause 2.1. the User agrees to receive advertising on telecommunication networks in accordance with Clause 1, Article 18 of the Federal Law "On Advertising" No. 38-FZ of March 13, 2006.
3. The procedure for the User's consent to receive messages
3.1. The user has the right to refuse the distribution of all and some types of Messages.
